REGULAR RULES AND REGULATIONS
2023 Season
- QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00 pm to 7:00am.
- Everyone must respect the quiet hour times and please turn off your generators, turn your radios down, and keep your conversation to your own site.
- PARK POLICY IN PLACE STARTING IN THE 2023 OPENING SEASON.
- QUIET INVERTER STYLE GENERATORS ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE PARK. 56 dbs and lower is good. Please call the park if you need more information on this policy. If you come to the park and your generator is to loud you may be ask to leave or you will be asked not to use it.
- Visiting hours are over at 11:00pm and the gate will be closed to visitors at this time. (see rates and regulations for over night visitors fee)
- Your vehicle must be parked on your own site. If you require more room, please ask where you can park. (do not take up a site for your overflow parking)
- Check out time is 1:00pm sharp. There is a fee if you want to stay longer then 1:00pm, but you must check in at the office to see if it is available after 1pm {see rates and regulations for fee}
- Please make sure you keep your site clean at all the times.
- All guests must register at the gate office on arrival at the park.
- Recreational Vehicles are strictly prohibited to be DRIVEN OR OFF LOADED in the park at any time.
- All Recreational Vehicles must be OFF LOADED and LOADED outside the park.
- Alcohol permitted on your designated campsite only. Pease don’t walk around with open alcohol.
- One way in the park keep your speed at 15km. always watch for children.
- No open fires, all fires must be contained in designated fire-pits. Attend fires at all times and please NO BURNING TRASH as we do recycle the ash back into the park. Do not allow the fire to get too high in your fire pit.
- If you bring your own firewood in the park it must be sawed and chopped up. Gas Chain-saws and electric saws not to be used on your site or in the park.
- Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times. YOU MUST SCOOP THE POOP. Tie it in a bag and put it in your garbage can. It is very upsetting for people when they walk in poop and bring it in there trailers. When tying out your pet please don’t let your leash reach other peoples sites.
- Please remember that the playground area is for the children playing and not a place where you take your PET to do their pee or poop. The rail bed is a wonderful place to walk your PET and it’s just outside the park gate.
- Breaking branches, glass, and littering are strictly prohibited.
- Recycle, please help keep the park green and clean, recycle by placing your recyclables and compost in the designated containers: money will be used to help with our events calendar.
- Always respect the wildlife in the park. Please don’t feed the wildlife
- No parking or driving on the grass
2023 SEASON AND MONTHLY CAMPING RULES AND REGULATIONS
Including
Regular Rules and Regulations that are put in place for the park must be followed.
- PARK POLICY IN PLACE STARTING IN THE 2023 SEASON: YOU MUST HAVE A Quiet INVERTER STYLE GENERATOR. 56dbs AND LOWER WILL ONLY BE GOOD IN THE PARK. Please call the park if you need more information on this policy. If you come to the Park and your generator is too loud you maybe ask to leave or put it away.
- If your pull your camper and all your things out of your site in the park while still on your season or monthly pass to go elsewhere. The park has a right to rent the site to other campers.
- If your pull your camper out of your site in the park while still on your season or monthly pass and sends in your family or guest to use your site with their Camper or Tent they will be charged the parks regular overnight camping fee for every night that they are there. if you allow another trailer or tent to set up on your site while you are in the park they will be charged the regular overnight camping fees. If your guest uses your trailer while you are away from the park, they must pay the parks regular overnight camping fees.{see rates and regulations} if your guest that is signed on your lease are staying overnight in your trailer with you they are free.
- Payment plan for season camper is a down payment of $200.00 in September to keep your site for the following year or to hold a site for the following year. You must have half the payment when your check in for a new season and the remainder one month from that date.
Please follow cancellations rules to get a full refund 1 month’s notice on season and monthly bookings prior to a new season starting date. - Payment plan for monthly camping is half on check in and the remainder two weeks from check in date.
- Season Camping is THE FIRST WEEKEND IN MAY to closing after thanksgiving weekend
- One black and gray clean-out and one water fill-up is included in your season pass per week. There will be no carry overs on sewer and water. If you need this done more than once per week then there is a fee in place. please remember that you must leave room for the workers to get in at your pipes that may include putting your slide-outs in
- Season camper can build a small patio that is removable at any time. No digging holes, you can put your post on the concrete removable blocks. You must keep in mind safety comes first when you are adding a deck or shed to your site.
- You can put a small patio style plastic snap together shed for your things, sorry no building shed in the park. You must remember that if you put a shed on your site you have to keep it looking good and it has to blend in with the park. You still have to fit you vehicles on your site.
- Tarps maybe used in the night time only to stop wind, but must be taken down and out of sight in the day time.
- All visitors must check in and pay a visitors/entry pass at the gate office. Guest on you lease do not have to pay the entry fee, or overnight guest fee while they are in the park with you . {see rates and regulations}
- Remember to respect your neighbor by keeping your music, conversations and generator to your own site.
- Generators much be out at 1100pm some exceptions. Please talk to the owner.
