How to Stay Healthy While Traveling and Camping

You can’t have a good time camping if you can’t stay healthy!

Here are a few tips to make it easier: stay Hydrated, choose water over alcoholic drinks, pack your own quality snacks, eat well, walk or bike more often, take a good nap and stay active for a long periods time.

Try to find the time and motivation to get active during your camping trip. Try getting creative, go for a swim in the river or the near by natural water falls. Ask the staff to direct you in a hiking trail or the T rail bed, map out a scenic run, walk down the old train track to the train station and get a run back on the train, go fishing in the near by ponds. The out doors is yours to discover get out and discover it.
